We strive to provide you with the best possible dental care and place great value on open communication. However, it can happen that you are not satisfied or feel that you have been misinformed or mistreated. If this is the case, please do let us know.

It’s important for us to understand what you’re encountering. Often, we can explain in a personal conversation why we’ve made certain choices, and in many cases, this will clear up any confusion. If you cannot resolve the matter with us, you can make use of the NVM complaints procedure, to which our practice is affiliated.
